Been throwing knives for about a week, regular spin technique.
I've been trying to throw no-spin (knife goes straight into target without flipping/spinning.. like you see ninjas throw, lol) without any luck. I've looked at youtube vids, but nobody really shows you HOW to do it, they only show themselves doing it. But since their movements are so fast and fluid, I can't really mimic them.

So could anybody help me out with a tutorial, maybe with pics, or even a video on how exactly to throw a knife no spin?
I'd prefer an overhand technique also.
