My gaming set-up:

40" LED Backlit TV
MacBook Pro 15" Quad Core i7 processor
Limted Edition Halo: Reach xbox 360 console 250GB
Astro gaming headset
4 Limited Edition xbox contollers (2 Halo: Reach, Black grey and white spinnable d-pad, red controller)
Bose sound dock for my iPhone 4
HD PVR for recording gameplay on my xbox
And to top it off, Bose surround sound including sub-woofer

Ewwww Bose! Gross. If you are going to spend so much money on audio gear, at least make it audiophile-grade. Unless they are Bose 901s, of course.

Also the Mac. You paid way too much for those specs. As is always the case with iCrap.

If you are really into playing games, switch to a monitor. The way they work in terms of frames displayed, lighting, and colors are much better for gaming than TVs. I play much better, on my HP 2159m (Not the greatest, I know) than I do on any TV I have used.
