There have been a number of posts on this over the past 24 hours, but I've seen numerous that state Happy Hour will be from 7PM GMT to 8PM GMT (as well as 7-8 in America) but I have also seen topics which seem to state Happy Hour will in fact be from 6PM to 7PM.

Could someone please confirm this, thanks.
