Xbox 1 XBL was cancelled along time ago. If you talking about 360 just call them usually they can help and even give discounts.

LOL, your credit card is maxed bro, or its blocked or whatever, happened to my cosine and he used his paypal and it worked, and you also can just go on xbox.com, but its MOST likly the credit card

I understand this! Read my replies i am not talking about Xbox 1 be Original Xbox Account i ment My First Ever Live Account on 360. I'll edit this but thanks for answer on 360 side i might have to come to that.

No its none of that this has happened to this account before but was fixed a week later.
