Sure, I like Hip-Hop, but I love Metal so much more. And for all the idiots who say that Metal isn't real music, do some research. I'm pretty sure learning how to play an instrument as good as most bands play and to perform as good as most bands do, takes a lot more skill. They must write the music and lyrics. In rap they don't write the music. They take beats from a computer or just make it on the computer. Sure some may come up with their own lyrics but I've heard things about these lyric generators or something that just take the beat and make lyrics for you. Also, most bands sound pretty good live while most rappers sound terrible due to how much they autotune in their albums. They just sound SO much more different live, not to mention BAD while performing live.

I am not trying to insult Pop/Rap/Hip-Hop. Like I said I like rap. I'm sure some people will take this as an insult and most people will come up with lies or excuses on how Metal is terrible though. But in reality, you just have to think about it for a few minutes and you should realize that Metal is so much more better than rap and more people should like it better.

The question that I must ask is, what is your view on these two types of music?

Personally I don't have a favorite band or rapper. However I do have multiple favorites for both. I like Lil Wayne and Eminem as rappers. For Bands, my two favorites are Bring Me The Horizon, Avenged Sevenfold, and Skillet.


So, let me know what your views are! I would really like to start up a big debate. Not to talk trash to one another. But to really see what peoples views are and maybe learn a few things!
