Every time I connect my iPhone 3GS to iTunes to sync it with my music, It backs it up and after a few seconds my PC gets an error report and it closes iTunes so I can't put music on it.
If anyone can help and it works I will gladly gift you gold.
NOTE: I have already tried updating my iPhone and still get the error message, and it is not jailbroken.

If you have iTunes 7 or older, update, or just re-download the newest version.
