i agree with windows7, if you cant manually change it, call up your ISP and tell them that an unknown person is somehow reseting my internet from their house. They are then going to change your IP.... hopefully

Just try reseting you router, or go online and search for an ip changing program, If you have a desktop it should work, If not then you may have to go through the task of calling Microsoft, The joy of joys -_-

Also I do know his TTG name so would it work if I told an admin about someone from TTG booting me offline

if that works I'm sendin u a friend request and repping u all day

disconnect your xbox ethernet cable or wireless connection and all the cables from your router keep it off for a little and then connect all the cables back to your router and turn it on, wait for all the lights to turn on green and then connect your ethernet cable or wireless back to your xbox and trun it on. that should get you an i.p change.
