Ok well most of us arn't new to forums we are not stupid. We all have to start sometime so sorry I could not have start earlier. Thats seems like a bunch of bullshit because you just want rep when you just slap a name on a template but if its less than 15 you get its not worth your 2 minutes of hard work 1 consisting of work and the other one being you uploading it. By the way the statement that spammers have less than the reqirments makes NO sense because if they spammed they would have alot of posts and you get rep for posting.

Its the other way around, people with high rep tend to spam more to get their post count up and therefore earn more reputation power. Im not saying all do that because some people with high rep earn it the hard way. Its a nice shop but I don't think that you should discriminate new members who could be potential customers/vouchers.
