Just wondering what the newest framework is, for Vista?

My laptop wont let me open Horizon or Modio, so i reset my laptop to factory settings, and it still wont open, so i want the newest framework, as it maybe that.

Please help, and post me a link to the download if possible.

hmmm idk try running them as Administrator

right click-> Run as Administrator

boom it should work

Already tried this, does the same as normal.

I think my framework is 3.5, and i know Vista is SH*T.

Installed the new Net Framework to 4, and they bothstill are not opening.

:'(

Really need either of them as well.
