As far as I'm concerned, the layout is perfectly fine. But the one thing I would add is a "These glitches work as of..." kind of thing to the post (so viewers know exactly what they're dealing with). Maybe even a "last confirmed to work on..." to each glitch itself would be handy... and might get more posts on your thread from viewers haha.
