hey guys, this isn't happening to me - but my friend downloaded the new DLC today and his screen keeps freezing at the start up for shangri-la. I told him to try Solo (doesn't work), we tried playing a private match (doesn't work), and multi-player does not work either. He called xbox live, they were no help. Treyarch told him to file online and it will be looked at within 78 hours or some shit.

He has already:
-deleted the DLC off his memory and re-downloaded it (did not work)
-cleared his cache (did not work)

I have read of some other freezing issues regarding the pack a punch, but this is different - he can't even get into the game. Either way, don't know if anyone knows what is up with this, but def could use help.

BTW don't know if this is useful but he waited until today to DL the DLC, I DLed it the day it came out. Mine works fine. His freezes.
