No hut I just tried playing with 1 power switch and didn't activate the one on waterfall side and nothing had changed i didn't go into detail but maybe there could be another Easter egg for that trap and maybe the golden rod could power the trap

I'm guessing that you will spawn with both in the next map, There will be another easter egg where you get a third item and you will use all three to do something big!

I think that there ends up being nothing found when the next map comes out, that you are probably right! Just trying to get people to at least look, and us miss out on somthing.

well think about what your saying...... Treeyarch would never make a new zombie map starting off with the focusing stone otherwise u would be technically invincible and there would be no point in buying perks.... and we earn the focusing stone by freeing and helping the other characters therefor we will play with new characters which we will not have the golden rod anymore.
