my youtube background isnt too large...? I use the same dimensions on every background, even if they are bigger than 256k as long as i save for web & devices it will let you upload larger than 256k (My youtube background was 2mb...)

Try uploading via mediafire; for some reason it wouldnt let me put your background on..
