I don't have a jtag, but i know that the jaspers are the most expensive because they are the oldest model. They also get RROD easier i think. Xenons are reliable and cheaper.

Xenon
The Xenon, the first of the Xbox 360 motherboards, is powered by a 203 watt, 16.5 amp power supply.
Zephyr
The second revision, the Zephyr motherboard, is essentially the same as the Xenon motherboard with the addition of an HDMI connector for better-quality video output.
Falcon
The Falcon Xbox 360 motherboard was the first major shift in the motherboard design. The Falcon's main enhancement was the change to a 65nm CPU and a drop in power consumption from 175 watts to 120 watts.
Opus
The Opus motherboards were only used as replacements in failed Xenon motherboards. Aside from the lack of an HDMI output, the Opus motherboard is similar to the Falcon motherboards.
Jasper
The latest upgrade to the Xbox 360 motherboards is the Jasper. Touted as not only running much cooler, the Jasper also has a much lower power consumption level. Additionally, the Jasper motherboard ushered in a new 65nm CPU as well.

xenon I'd say, although there's the risk of them breaking, can use both kv's & don't cost too much due to them being so suseptable.
