JTAG-GALORE wrote Also with the competition on the Xenon price's i don't think i am going to bother, to be honest it's just not worth while - If you want a console that has been repaired via the heat gun method then expect it not to only break quickly (i know this as i get supplied with console's repaired via this method on at times) but any future repair attempts will probably be in vein as heat guns will ensure it's lifespan is cut drastically short by causing long term damage to the console. So if you want to splash out 80pounds for a disposable console then go ahead.
Whereas the method i use involving a proper BGA rework station, now upgraded to ACHI IR SC Pro, even a reflow on this machine will outlast most methods. But i will also be reballing ALL faulty consoles i get for JTAGGING! Meaning that the prices will go up to reflect their worth - A reballed xenon will out last ANY NEW console! - Rant Over

rightly said, as ive stated throughout this whole price war there's no point getting in a competition with prices because it's the seller that's loosing out, and esecially not worth it when youre supplying better quality consoles, i doubt putting your prices back up will loose you customers, ive kept mine the same throughout and havent lost any custom whatsoever. btw i r so jelly of you having that IR SC PRO, me want one sooooo bad, if you don't mind me asking, how much did that set you back, ive been looking and the cheapest i can find one is for 800 plus then the shipping from hong kong so roughly 1k all together. and with the way the economy is atm that just wont be happening lol. i was looking at the IR6000 that seems like a good machine aswell and ive found one for 600 which includes the shipping to uk.

I paid around 500 for the machine but P&P was about 250 so 750 altogether which ain't too bad! BUT even though i shelled out over half of what i paid for the machine on P&P the bottom heating plates still got damaged due to lack of protection around the plates themselves. All 4 were knackered and i would have though that with this problem occurring for years now that they would have realised how to protect the plates! Saying all that i haven't even had a chance to use it properly yet, afraid of change lol

For reference the IR6000 uses the same top heater as the IR PRO SC... Just on the IR PRO SC the bottom preheater is larger

Back to sifting my way through the 100+ PMs that have amassed again....

Some of my JTAG stock are consoles that have been bought from eBay (big mistake); they arrive working and due to whatever method used to fix by the seller (usually xclamp replacement or heat gun treatment...) they can break easily. BUT this is why i offer a 30 day warranty, soon to be 90 day once i get cracking with the new machine. As for cracks why not take a picture so i can make a claim on your behalf to the courier as i send out cases in good condition, at worst there will be a flap missing from the faceplate. Also i either missed you PM or just didn't get it. either way PM me with the name on the paypal that the payment was made from

To the haters and wannabe's - i am a trusted seller who has been selling on here for over 1 year so i obviously don't know what i am talking about

i have actually heard alot of complaints about the packaging and the bottom heater either missing parts or being damaged, i think if i am going to invest i will just go for the IR 6000 and get it from a uk seller to save with the shipping, and if anybody has any experiance with the T870A let me know what you think of it as i was also looking at that, have fun with those pm's jon
