I presume they come to you in their factory box? If so is it possible to buy the package with everything in the original box

yes, that is why if you look in the shop i sell everything else that would normally come with a retail console

I don't really want any consoles that have been previously heat gunned, no offence but i have had bad experience with them due to warping caused by the uneven heat spread (and in some peoples cases not even using a preheater!) causing the BGA (GPU) to not sit correctly during the process resulting in some of the pads not connecting with the BGA (GPU)
