Is this RAM...

Compatible with this motherboard...

? ?
I read the motherboard details as so...
"DDR3 2200(O.C.)/2133(O.C.)/1866(O.C.)/1600/1333/1066 (Due to CPU behavior, DDR3 2200/2000/1800 MHz memory module will run at DDR3 2133/1866/1600 MHz frequency as default.) "
Its obviously compatible with 2200, 2000, and 1800, but my budget is close and I would like this RAM that is 1600, unless someone can find me better with a price CLOSE to $79.99. Looking for 8GB aswell.
Thank you. I just need a little assistance, thats all. Appreciation is given.

Yes, it is compatible.
It says it supports you OC'ing your RAM. It even says it on the mobo DDR3 ''2000'' OC.
Also, go with a different set of ram. Patriot isn't the most trusted company. It's also 1.65 volts..which can damage your CPU ( Guessing your going with an i5-2500k since your chose a p67 mobo ).

Gee thanks for responding fast. And goo guess, I am going with the 2500k. An that RAM look better and I'll take a look at the specs.
Do you mid explain what the OC part is? I know what overclocking is, but te 2000 part. Because the RAM is 1600. Is that the overclock? 1600 to 2000?

Yes, the overclock part means it supports you overclocking your ram up to 2200 MHZ..2000 MHZ..etc.
FYI: There is barely a difference between 1336 MHZ ram and 2000 MHZ ram. It's pure marketing. Judge ram by it's name
