Ok i saw a lot of vids on youtube sayig that in order to hack an account you send a message to recovermyxboxlive @ live.com and put the subject as their gamertag or whatever and then sending a certain link with your gamertag, email, and password with it and it will supposedly give you the victims live i.d. and pass. all the bad comments (if any) on any of these videos were deleted. does this work?

No, it is a email created by them so basically you're sending your details to them to hack you.
