Every phone conversation is listened to, but only until you say a key word such as "Nuclear Bomb". When you say that "Key Word" your call begins to get recorded and the Secret Service is notified. This happened to a man who lived in Portland, Oregon. He was on the phone and he told the person on the other end of the call "not to go to the down town area, there is going to be a Nuclear Bomb drill" and withion six hours, he had two Secret Service Agents on his door-step. Did you know the government can put a "Bug" on a fly and when that fly lands on your car, it sticks. Then they have an instant GPS. They have a rock full of electronics that can be thrown in your yard, that can pick up your cell phone number, garage door code and the code to your home alarm.
