i had the sme problem !

to fix this you open up cydia then head over to the manage bit located on the bottom line

after that go to packages
before going further head to google and type the app in
look for the owner of it or the soruce if ou added it


now clikco n pacakges and scroll till you find it then theres an option to delte it or if it is a source go to sources remove the source entirlety then re add the source so you can still search for the things located in that sources repo
