im not sure can somebody plz clear this up will give rep.
what im saying is like when you grab the orb do the 7 perks only go to the player who gets the orb or do all players get it

No only the person who grabs it. but the easter egg can be repeated until all players have all perks and when you get downed, when you are revived you still have your perks. but im not sure what happens if you actually die and then respawn the next round... Hope this helped! =D
