You can Download a USB Keyboard?

You will have to buy one from the shop, or you can buy the XBL Messenger Kit.

All available in your nearest Game Retailer.

Plug ur keyboard into your xbox... where you would plug in wired controllers or play n charge kits.
AKA the front bottom or the back top

Press the 'shift' button, and it will open the CMD promt.
You can find the commands in one of the stickies i believe.
