Call of duty is as realistic as it possibly could get, without making the game rubbish.
For example. Usually an M9 bullet to the lower body could kill someone, what fun is it on Call of Duty if everything is one shot kill from the Pelvis upwards.
Then all the guns in Call of Duty, are real.
Then all the places in Call of Duty, are real.

lol cod realistic you had me going there for a second i bet all the little kids think thats how it is in the real world now cod is a cartoon war fantasy game now for you little kids none the less its still fun but since cod 2-4-5 we always got a POS game it could learn a few things from halo sure forge would be amazing but there too lazy and money crazy to put any of those features in and i love ppl saying it takes too long or hard to kill some one in halo and its not the guns damage you have armour in halo and it takes skill to kill some one not shoot 2 bullets and on to the next one and get your happy little kill streaks but it does get old taking so long to kill some one after a while anyway dont play halo anymore and never did much but at least its not a camp ridden hacked op guns laggy not supported piece of garbage every ones excited for mw3 when you just gonna get the same as mw2 and black ops after a month im sure every one is going to feel the same as they do before buying the game wait i think not!

This whole discussion is ridiculous. They both arent realistic. In reality your life doesnt rechatge when you are hit.
I think all FPS should go back to roots. In early times it required aiming and reaction to be good at FPS. Nowdays you just camp you way to your Pred and then let the killstreaks do the work.

1: You're pretty much just saying that Halo isn't good because it's not 'realistic', which is very narrow minded and anyway, there are Heartbeat sensors in MW2, they don't exist. Thus meaning you're completely contradicting yourself from the get go.

2: All the CoD's haven't been better than Halo, Black Ops was poor, realy poor, MW2 was completely unbalanced and in almost every CoD there is something that was 'overpowered'.

3: Call of Duty is nothing like the military, it has the theme, yes, but is not much like it's real life counter part at all.

4: Lay off the random capitals, do you want me to rip off your shift key?

5: Some spelling corrections: *probably, *does, *actually, *Which, not 'with'

Heartbeat sensors arn't real.
In real life no one could empty a Desert Eagle or Barrett .50 Cal mag in a matter of seconds from the hip.
In real life people don't run around a confined space killing eachother for points.

Basically, Call of Duty is far from realistic.
