Call up Choose Accounts and Billing

Tell them you want to cancel your account
They will ask why Say something like i am not satisified with the hacking and Lag of certain games or i am not happy with xbox 360/live and you are going to buy another gaming console..
They will say what games did you enjoy? Say that you own alot of games and do not have a favourite.
then they should say are you sure you want to cancel your account how about we give you 800 microsoft points?
then say something like ok i think il stay or something on the lines of that you are staying then you are done.


if this does not work simply hang up and try again!

sounds good my mate did this but got 3 mounths live free instead of 800 points so it could vary of what u get
