IDeVoNI wrote You didn't include a Sound Card. You will need one. O and buy the way I did this not that long ago. It is a lot of fun to build. I can't offer and more advice because I had my dad to help me out. Hope you find what you are looking for.

The sound card is not necessary. There is onboard sound for those non-audiophiles out there. Anyways, I would go with a USB DAC and amp instead of a sound card.

Also, I would definitely look at this monitor:

Nice and cheap after rebate and code.

I would also spend more on the keyboard and mouse, those are no good at all. I suggest a mechanical keyboard from the likes of Filco, Deck, Ducky, IBM (The Model M, I have one and it is superb), Razer, Steelseries (6GV2 is arguably the best mechanical gaming board), Cherry, etc. For a mouse I would look at Logitech, Razer, Steelseries, Microsoft, Mionix, etc.

That PSU will handle 2 6950 with no issues, but you might want a 750 watt if you plan on doing a setup like that, for the sake of efficiency.

Wow,thanks for all the replies and suggestions. I dont look towards a sound card.

And I chose the mouse and keyboard due to my budget. I'm might buy that and stealthe "family computer's" Logitech keyboard and mouse.

And as for the GPU, I think I'll stick with the HIS 6870 due to my budget. I'll just wait until it is in stock, or look somewhere else for a cheaper price.

Look on the Newegg front page. There's your card for the lowest price.

I ordered the case and motherboard today. Hopefully, I can still find a good deal on a GPU later on in the month when its the time to order one.

I just realized the my power supply isn't modular. For some reason, I would like modular because I believe it would help for cable management. Is this true?

Any tips r00t_b33r?

There are only a couple of 650 watt modular PSUs, but this one is easily the best one.

It may be very expensive, but it more than makes up for it. Completely modular (unlike some that are only part modular), 80+ Gold certification (You will save a good bit on your power bill), totally silent (fan usually doesn't even need to spin up), and it will last forever. No capacitor whine, hum, squeak, anything. It is 100% worth the money.
