Well I was looking at a tutorial on how to mod the WAW ISO, but I noticed you have to do a bunch of things to get it working. Is there anybody who has the .ISO fully modified already that I can simply download, then burn to the dual layered disk?

Hotswapping is simply installing mods to your harddrive. Flashed xboxes can actually play burned games.

I know, I am wondering if someone has uploaded there modified WAW .ISO that I can simply download, burn then hotswap?

You might be able to find one if you search around but I haven't seen one on this site I'm afraid.
