Hello all TTG Users and Guests!
I will explain to you how to make a Modified Save Game(SvG) for Call of duty 5 World at war Using Cod Tool. Read below for requirements!
1.) Cod Tool (Any versions)
2.) Computer (Any OS)
3.) Flash Drive/ Transfer cable
4.) Blank or Modified Save Game (Doesn't Matter)
5.) Some Brain (Of course)


Difficulty 2 / 10
Unit 1 - Beginner
1.) Basics
2.) How to set a simple Setting!
3.) How to set a Simple Value!
4.) Finish ActiveAction.
5.) How to make a Toggle.
Unit 2 - Advanced
1.) How to set up Multiple Menus.
2.) How to toggle Different Menus.
3.) How to add a simple Text.
4.) Ending

Chapter 1 - Beginner
1.)The Basics: First we need to know about the settings and values. Settings are the name for the Value. The Values are the Values for the settings which are the Dvars. Thats Really Basic. More Onto Settings You can name any setting whatever you want. For Example: Monkey, Elephant, Money, Dog, and House. Anything Actually, But we like to keep it short so we can add more. Dvars is what we can't change around only if it has a value. Next thing is vstr's. Vstrs are like a chain reaction. If I was to set somethings like: Press dPad_Down It will does whatever vstr do. Can't explain much on it. So lets get started on making a Setting.
2.) How to set a simple Setting: You Will need CoD Tool which is below or Here. Now you will need to open a blank or modified savegame, Download here or below. Once you have that open go to "Advanced tab" Shown Below.

If you have a Prompt Just click 'Yes' Like below.

Ok now once you did that we can now start making one. Look at setting, Now type in ActiveAction. Thats Basically it for making a setting. You can put anything inside the setting Like I mentioned above. Just Make sure it makes sense. ActiveAction supposed to mean a button(Action) to activate(Active) Mods. If you couldn't understand what I meant see Below.

3.) How to set a Simple Value: Values are the Dvars you are going to put in. For example: player_sustainAmmo "1"; (Gives the player Infinite Ammo). Value are really easy to use. You can't change any of the values name(player_sustainAmmo) but the value for that Dvar you can("1"). To set a Value we need to make an ActiveAction value. So lets make "Bind button_start vstr A;" What this does is it says if I press the start button go to vstr A or A. Then click 'Add Setting'. Move on to No.4 to finish.

4.) Finish ActiveAction: Now we made our ActiveAction we are going to finish it by making an 'A' Setting. To do this is like making another ActiveAction but naming it A. So go ahead and make one. Once you have done that we need to make the value to vstr B;vstr C;vstr E;vstr F; It can go all the way to J. I just did B, C, E, F for a quick Lesson. Press Add Setting and Look below.

Now we have to make 4 settings because we said above in the 'A' Setting that we need to add vstr B;vstr C;vstr E;vstr F; Now we need to finish this up. We are going to make those 4 Settings. The first is B, Then C, Then E, and then F. So Ill show you an example of what you can do. After that your done with making an ActiveAction. Also a little fact to keep you in Mind: The values length can only go up to 64 characters =) Look below for an example.

5.)How to make a Toggle: Toggle means it will change or switch to next command. So if I say when I press down on the dPad Make it so it Jump High. Here we can make it toggle. Think of states, what kind of states can this do, 1: Jump High/ Don't Jump High 2: Jump High and Jump Higher. So if you want to make it toggle to jump high and then higher do the following. Make a setting name it whatever. Then for the value you write "Bind DPAD_DOWN toggle jump_height 100 999;" The 100 is the value when you first click it. The 999 is the value if you click it again. That Concludes Chapter 1. Proceed to Chapter 2 - Advanced for more helpful tips.

Chapter 2 - Advanced
1.) How to setup multiple Menus: Once you have set up one menu like main menu. Now you can make a second menu. In the ActiveAction you can add "Bind button_back vstr "Setting name goes here"; What this will do is it will go to next menu if you press back button. Pretty simple. If you want more information on how to do this reply below. Look below on how I meant it.

2.) How to toggle Different Menus: It is the same what we toggle vstrs. In the ActiveAction instead of adding Bind button_back vstr "Setting name goes here"; we add Bind button_back toggle vstr "First Setting Name" "Second setting name". Pretty Simple also. What this does is if I press back button it will toggle "First Setting Name" then if press agian "Second setting name" then if press agian goes back to "First Setting Name" and so on.

3.) How to make a simple text: You can't really write a mod menu but you can write a text to when it changes for example when I press start make it say Main_Menu, Then when I toggle to next menu make it say Infections. It is pretty simple. So first you need to make your menus. Once you have those in your setting where is has all the vstrs at the end add ^1-7Name of Menu. ^1-7 is Colors, Codes are posted Underneath.

4.) Ending: Here is the ending for this tutorial. I hope all of you learned somethings. I would like to thank some people that helped me also some people that gave me Dvars.
