Give your Xbox a static IP. It's most likely your Xbox interfering with it.
And just to be safe you might wanna change your password encryption type cause WEP is super easy to crack.

I would change your password on your router asap, sniffers these days are used to get passwords from networks easily.
Otherwise don't be worried.

No. if u have wifi make surew its secured with a password and if u have wired (Ethernet Cable) internet no body can jack it or if ur naibor came in ur house with a 400 ft long ethernet cord and hook it in to ur router and then bring it to his house thts the only way to get it jacked with wired LOL
