So i just recently found out about 16th prestige, with the old combat training derank glitch. So i was wondering if you would get banned or reset to 15th Prestige because thats what they would think your original rank was. So its kinda like they are boosting you up if you are 7th or 8th.

Technically yes, in some cases this has occured. But remember that results like that are only fools gold and rarely will you get something positive out of somethings negative.

Treyarch isnt very stupid when it comes to basic things like this and unless you have amazing stats previous to your "de-ranking" and a horseshoe up your ass your chances are slim.
