You most likely have a rouge. Download malware bytes and run a scan. If that doesn't work then you must find the file in hkeys.
You can also temporarily stop it from happening by trying to find the program in taskmanager.

Does that to me to. It does it for google and this site. I just live with it. But run some virus scans.
