how come there are always KV_dec.bin files in modding programs i download ?

Yeah same here I wonder if they work or if its your KV on your non jtagged xbox just a guess.

no they would not be able to get a KV unless the xbox was jtagged

I was always wanting to try one of these and see if they were unbanned but I didn't think anyone would be stupid enough to put an unbanned kv into EzGT

I dont Believe There Jtag kv's I believe there more like Making the program run properly Hope This helped.

nope that would not work as that kv.bin has beeen designed to make the flashtool work in that program
