1.This is for a HTC Touch Pro2(Rhodium 400;Sprint;CDMA)For those of you that don't know what CDMA or GSM is, it is whether or not your phone has a SIMs chip in it. The HTC Touch Pro2 has both capabilities built in so that any company could use it. The Sprint version (which I will be using) is CDMA like all Sprint phones now-a-days.

2.You are going to need the following:

-a HTC Touch Pro2 (obviously )
-a SD card formatted to you device (phone)
- [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
-Someway to connect your SD card to your computer either with the card adapter or the USB cord you get
-This tutorial as a reference

1.Take the downloaded file from the preface and put it somewhere you can remember.
2.Connect you formatted SD card to your computer.
3.Open up to the root of your SD card.(The root is the main part of your SD card which means it isn't inside any folders.)
4.Open the .RAR file from the preface so you get something like this:

5.Now you want to highlight everything from the .RAR folder and drag it to your SD card ROOT.(if it is not in the root, it will not work)
6.Once it is there, you can go ahead and close out the .RAR folder and put your SD card back in your device.
7.From there, you want to head over to File Explorer and in the top left select Storage Card.
8.Once you're there, scroll down some and see notice that there is a program called HARET. What this prgram does is boots your device into Linux which is a alternate ROM.
9.Select HARET and it will pop up saying Booting Linux.
10.Wait for that to finish and have fun.
