Reason:
When you install games, it installs to your CONSOLE ID. No matter if it installs to a USB or Hard Drive it still installs to the Console ID you installed the file on. In that case, the file is an ISO Disc.

the thing is the files are not valid in modio i dont know about horizon so we might have to change ids in hex editor
