I forgot to mention this but, a LOT of people signed up, and they have to send out emails to over a Million people which means that it will take some time for the invite to reach you. It can take up to 2 days in fact for it to reach you.

Just be patient ;)

i was watching of video of cod elite footage and at one point you can see that only about 3500 people out of millions got an invite.
