Too Hook Up A HD PvR Your gonna need
An Xbox
Xbox 360 Component HD AV Cable [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Component Cables (Included)
Usb Cord (Included)
Power Brick and Cord (Included)
Take Your Xbox With Component HD AV Cable Plugged In (Make Sure It's Unplugged From Your Television) and Plug It In to The BOTTOM 5 Ports (Including The White and Red Cables for Audio) On Your Hauppauge, Next Take Your Component Cables (Included) and Plug them Into the TOP 5 Ports (Including The White and Red Cables for Audio) On Your Hauppauge. Then Proceed To Plug The End of that cable into your HDtv.(If You Have a SD Tv Plug The Yellow Plug On Your Xbox 360 Component HD AV Cable to the Tv but All the Other Ones in the Pvr. Then For The Cords Coming Out Of the pvr just plug in the White and Red Audio Cables To Your Tv) Plug In Your Power Brick and Cord (Included) Which the Port Is Located All the Way To The Right On The Product. Finally Plug In Your Usb Cord (Included) Next To The Power Port.
|Optional| If You Have a Speaker System Using Optical Audio, Take Optical Wires From Your Xbox Slim Plug It In To The Back Of The Hauppauge (Make Sure Its The In Port) and Take another Optical Audio Cord That Comes Out Of The Hd Pvr and Plug It In To Your Speaker System, Tv, Etc.

You included the double sided component cable that comes with the Hauppauge, but you forgot the Xbox 360 component cables.
