hello i recently bought a turtle beach headset for my xbox 360. and i loved for a long time but just the other day i picked it up and put it on and noticed that the sound was not coming out of the left side also the mic no longer works but the right side is fine if anybody knows how to fix this or whats wrong please reply

I Hate 21's Mines broke in 1 month, nothing you could do. Probaly try to ship it off or get x11's

Same thing happened to me and when the chat voulume was all the way up it was still really low they broke today
