when i hotswap then click on install to hard drive, the disc would buffer for like 10secs then it would come up tht disc is scrathed. how could i fix this is it the quality of the disc, bad burn????

Make a new disc and make sure it is dual layered.

Those discs are very delicate. It might have a few scratches. Also when you hot swap, make sure that you wait for the hardrive to come up and then switch the discs.
