Can you get your gamerscore reset for modding your gamerscore/achievements through WaW zombies?

Yes and no.

There is always a possible chance of being banned when you mod.

I did it and now I have 0 gamerscore for WaW but I kept all of my other gamerscore points.

You prob. got banned for modding online =( They ban you from the game if you mod online =( But I was not the one modding =) This kid was but I used his mod menu =)
