First off you need a Black Ops retail xex --- warez
a hex editor ---- Hxd
Black Ops Extracted Tu ------- [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (tu10)
xextool---- [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
1. put xextool, the default.xex, and the default.xexp on you desktop.
2. run cmd.
3. type in cd desktop
4a. type in xextool.exe -p default.xexp default.xex, it should give a success message

4b. Now we are going to patch all of the region stuff. type in xextool.exe -ramrbdiyvklcz default.xexThis makes it so that your region won't affect the xex.

5. type in xextool.exe -cu -ed default.xex
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
6. open up the xex in a hex editor and go to search>find, and change text string to hex values, and put this sequence in.2F 1E 00 00 40 9A FF 70 81 61 00 60 2F 0B 00 01 40 9A FF 64

7. change the sequence to look like this 60 00 00 00 60 00 00 00 60 00 00 00 60 00 00 00 60 00 00 00

8. save it
then go back to xextool and type this in. xextool.exe -cc -ee default.xex

You have now removed rsa from the default.xex
