Im sorry to say but this was already found a while ago.
*edit* there is a easier method too. All you do is go into the campaign lobby and switch to local with the "Y" button. Once done, sign out then sign into an Offline account and then close with the middle guide button. After that sign out and sign into normal account. Then start the game and will get the credits.
