Any use of a third party program, tools or files used to alter or "Modify" a game are against the Terms of Use policy. That being said there is a chance that you will be punished for using said tools, programs or files and will be subject to a permanent suspension if caught, and that's just the Treyarch terms of use, the new Xbox LIVE privacy policy now states that anyone caught using a mod or taking part in "Infections" will be permanently banned from Xbox LIVE.

So in short, be careful and remember that the safest way of modding is not modding at all, at least for Black Ops ;)

Cool thanks guys for the info, but one thing what about this I am 20 something and I have a stoner63 and a g11 can I get banned for that cause I havent be banned yet?
