I did a 12 volt fan mod tonight and it made me get the 3 red rings as soon as I plugged it in and turned it on. I took the fans on and un soldered everything that I added and cleaned the solder off. When I plug it in, the power light flashes and goes away, and the light on the power brick goes red. Any suggestions?
