Im having a problem. whenever i sign on to my account with xbox live on my jtag it says my console needs information and i cant sign onto live until i accept the update. can someone please help me.

U can do either. U can use a USB or a transfer cable with ur hard drive. ( Transfer Cable HELL OF ALOT EASIER )
