It is safe to get online with the Update if you are Running LT+ on your flashed console. I very nervously applied the update and was able to get online with my burned copy of crysis 2. This update only made room for bing and you-tube to be added later in the year, and it added to the AP 2.5 Scheme in preventing users from playing specific games from burned discs such as Black Ops and Modern Warfare 2.
