Just wondering if you have to be a certain age to buy like a visa prepaid debit card at like walmart or Walgreens?

You can be any age as long as you have an adult accompany you.
If you are 18+ you can buy one at any time.

If you are looking to buy a greendot money pack card specifically for paypal, then no you don't need an adult.
If you want a prepaid visa debit you need an adult.

no, but they usually cost another 5-10 to activate so be ready to pay that
