Hey guys i need some help, i can log into steam fine but when i go to play Team Fortress 2, which i have downloaded it comes up with the above message. Then it won't log me in and just stays on that message.

I had a similar issue a few days ago. If it is taking a while for it to load, either close Steam and try it again, or simply give yourself a bit of time and let it do whatever it is doing.

I just tried mine and it worked fine, so it is something that you are experiencing.

Has this happened before? Are you new to Steam? Have you had any account-related issues in the past?

yes im new to steam i just re installed it and it took me through some things that it didnt befroe so im just downloading my game and i am going to how i goes from there.
