Yes it will be mod-able, however it will be incredibly hard. Look at Black Ops, yes its made by a different company but im sure they work together at some point, it probably is mod-able but no-one knows how, and those who probably do know how will be taken to court if they do mod it. MW3 will be the same, it will have mod-able aspects, not necessarily prestige/challenge lobbies but there will be mods, we just have to work out how.

On Topic: Might as well keep to my opinion of saying that MW3 will not be modded. Many disagree but many others agree, well I guess we will have to wait and see!
