Okay not only am I beyond fed up with the Rules but if the Staff want to enforce a Rule it should at least be added to the Rules!




Alright so many of you know the new Rule of now 'Public Giveaways' or 'Gold Gifting' has been established and enforced by many Staff Members here on TTG. Not only is this rule completely dysfunctional for a community that almost revolves around it's community and member's but it's reasoning why the Force is so strict on the rule is ridiculous.


Staff are you really trying to connivence me that Giving to the Community is something worth receiving a Infraction/ Warning about? So instead of properly addressing Spam, Flaming, Harassment, Duplicate Threads, Malicious Content, and Other Risks that seem to hit TTG everyday your going to worry about a Rule that is giving towards the community? I'm sorry but are you guys trying to purposely endorse this community into a completely indulging chaotic nightmare?


I have received 3 Warnings all high level Risks because doing Gold Giveaways here is such a crime. All of mine have been legit to the Peak of Perfection and have all had winners, That have also posted vouches on my Wall and the Thread. Yet Staff can't open there Eyes to skim down the Giveaway Thread and to check if it's legit or not? Look i'm not trying to insult anyone here it's just really frustrating.


There are honestly Countless way's to Address this problem without just spamming out infractions to every member. Especially to the Members that host actual and legitimate Giveaways is pretty insulting it's like saying 'Helping the Community is what we Strive here on TTG. But Giving to Them is a Different Story, We issue Warnings and Suspensions for Giving to Others in Need.' Makes sense right? Wrong.


Also if they are going to enforce such a ludicrous rule AT LEAST have it listed in the General Rules! I mean honestly it's like there trying to enforce something that doesn't exist. I am no way trying to completely endorse and blame the staff for this, Hell it's our fault if we got it taken away, It's just the Staff isn't properly handling it is what i'm trying to get through to all of you. Also why have a 'Give The Gift of Gold' Button? If you can't gift it publicly then what's the point?



I'm sorry if you guy's don't agree with what I have to say. Everyone has their own opinion and this is mine simply put in a much shorter summary. Also Staff giving a 2 Sentenced explanation such as 'Giveaways were all fake, So we took them away' Doesn't help Anyone. It's simply avoiding the subject just for your own benefit.

Surely 1 high level warning should have been enough for you to learn??

Yet you went on to repeat the offence a further 2 times.

If you wanna gift gold then just do it, dont try to get people to like you because of it.

If you dont like it.....dont do it

Learn what? That giving to the community is frowned upon here? I'm sorry but i'm not doing this so people suck up to me. I'm doing it because some members here actually deserve Gold yet they can't afford it.

No need to break the rules so often to gift someone.

Once yeah maybe it was a mistake but more than that and your just an idiot for doing it repeatedly.

I repeated it due to the fact it obviously doesnt get through to ya.

I aint looking for the rule cos it dont affect me.
Surely the warning was enough to reinforce the fact they dont want giveaways??

No it is not. The Rules were last Updated January of 2010. I understand your point I just don't think you guy's are getting the point exactly..
