You will start out at $7.25/hour
Since you are only 14, I think you would get about 19-20 hours a week.
Probably no more than 19.
Be honest on your application, and during the interview, stay as calm as possible, don't talk bad about people/things. ONLY TALK ABOUT POSITIVES. It's great you are starting work early.

Are you in the states?
Or are you in the UK?
Either way, they won't pay you straight minimum wage, but they also won't be paying you all that much.
Fill out the application and be truthful in every aspect of it, then after you turn it in, give it about a week, and then either turn another one in, or call and see if they are still keeping it on file.
The persistence and constant checking in or re-applying will not only show them that you are motivated to work there, but that you want to, and are doing it by your choice.
If you do land an interview, make sure to dress neat, take out any piercings you may have, and always make eye contact.

They will probably pay you like 7$ or so, but you'll probably only get 20 hours a week MAX. Either way its good to have some experiance.
