lol i know i had pheonix v2 at one point but then my hdd broke and i had to get a knew one

this is a fully working scrollable menu
WHAT IT HAS:
main_menu
under main menu:
noclip
god mode
give all weps
drop weps
notarget
kill all zombies
quit game
restart game
back
TOGGLES
under TOGGLES:
toggle game_speed
toggle walk_speed
toggle jump
toggle gravity
toggle pro mod
toggle disable zombie spawn
toggle wallhack
toggle 3rd person
toggle unlimited ammo
INFO_ON_SAVE
under INFO_ON_SAVE
says i made it and its a mod menu v1

TUT:
First go to your xbox and get a savegame that you would like to have the mod

2.then go to your computer and plug in your usb and open modio

3.explore your device click on your profile click on waw click on 00000001 then you should see a savegame extract it to your desktop

4.now close that and drag your savegame into modio and drag the svg1 savegame in modio too and copy and paste the ids and rehash and resign.

5.then explore your device and overwrite the old save with the modded one

6.go to your xbox start up cod waw and click usb and resume the game it should take you to the main menu eject your usb AND STAY IN WAW AT THE MAIN MENU!

7.go to your computer and do the same thing with svg2 then do the same with svg3,4,5,and 6

8. when you are on svg7 do the same except this time you will go into the game and you need to press start and the sign out and then your done



CONTROLS
start activates menu and mods
dpad right opens menu
dpad up scrolls up
dpad down scrolls down
dpad left clicks on the mods

I did exactly what you said and it didn't work...

Also make ur instructions more detailed you said start a game up and sign out...
